Join us for a transformative experience at the Therapy Art Resilience Workshop overcoming mental issues, alleviating stresses, or seeking relaxation.
Kumiko's artistic approach centres on resilience and healing, based upon her own experience in which her depression got lifted when she started art making.
She wishes to share her experiences with other people to help them deal with their mental issues or simply get chance to calm themselves.
It offers participants a unique opportunity to explore self-expression and relaxation through innovative techniques such as ink blowing or contour drawing.
